JUPITER, Fla. (Aug. 11, 2026) – The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Florida Atlantic University Jupiter, has announced its 2026-27 fall/winter season schedule of lectures, courses and special events designed to inspire curiosity, encourage lifelong learning and bring the community together.

The season includes speakers, discussions and entertainment on topics such as history, current events, sports, the arts, artificial intelligence, and health and wellness.

Among the OLLI at FAU Jupiter season’s highlights is a special program marking the 25th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks, featuring former New York Gov. George Pataki and FAU President Adam Hasner. Pataki will reflect on leadership, resilience and remembrance.

Sports fans can attend a presentation from Nick Pugliese, sports editor of The Palm Beach Post, who will discuss the evolving world of professional football and the path to the NFL, providing attendees with a behind-the-scenes look at the sport.

Beatles fans and music lovers of all generations will also enjoy a special performance by the Beatles tribute band “Let It Be.” They will perform a concert celebrating the music of one of the most influential bands in history.

OLLI at FAU Jupiter offers programs for adults aged 55 and better to explore new subjects, hear from experts and connect with other lifelong learners. There are no tests and no homework.
