Boca Chamber and Lynn University Announce Inaugural Karen S. Lynch Women’s Leadership Symposium
BOCA RATON, Fla. — The Boca Chamber, in partnership with Lynn University, is proud to announce the inaugural Karen S. Lynch Women’s Leadership Symposium, taking place on October 7, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Keith C. and Elaine Johnson Wold Performing Arts Center on the campus of Lynn University.
This full-day leadership experience will bring together some of the most accomplished executives in business today to share insights on leadership, innovation, resilience, and the future of business.
The symposium will feature keynote speaker Karen S. Lynch, former CEO of CVS Health, Fortune 10 executive, corporate board director, and author. Lynch will be joined by a distinguished lineup of speakers, including:

- Amy Bricker, EVP, Walgreens

The symposium is designed to provide attendees with practical leadership insights, strategic business perspectives, and meaningful connections with influential executives and emerging leaders across industries.

Attendance is limited to 300 participants, ensuring an intimate and high-impact experience. Tickets are $295 per person and are expected to sell out quickly.
A variety of sponsorship opportunities are also available for organizations looking to align their brand with this premier leadership event. Opportunities range from the exclusive Title Sponsorship at $25,000 to Supporting Sponsorships at $1,000.
