Business Development Representative – Property Restoration

The Opportunity

A rapidly growing property restoration company is expanding into South Palm Beach County — and this is the first BD hire in the territory. You're not inheriting someone else's book. You're building it from the ground up, which means uncapped earning potential and a real path to ownership of your market.

What You'll Do

Hit the streets daily — insurance agencies, plumbers, realtors, property managers — building relationships that generate recurring job referrals. Attend local networking events. Log your activity. Close the loop with dispatch. Repeat.

Compensation

• Base: $50,000
• Commission: 5–10% of revenue you generate
• OTE: $80,000–$85,000 Year 1
• Gas stipend + car allowance
• Commission structure accelerates fast when you hit numbers

You're the Right Fit If

• You thrive in face-to-face, field-based sales
• You're polished, persistent, and can push past a gatekeeper
• You're motivated by what you earn, not just what you're paid
• Restoration, insurance, trades, or property management background is a strong plus
• Must live in Boca / Delray / Boynton and have a clean driver's license
