Purposely Whole is the first intimate therapeutic retreat of its kind. Thoughtfully curated, we’re hosting a 2-night professional women’s retreat in Westlake, FL, from May 1–3. 

Our retreat is for the woman who gives so much to others and is quietly longing for space to breathe. This experience is thoughtfully created for those in demanding, high-stress roles who carry emotional responsibility, feel fatigued or overstimulated, and are beginning to feel disconnected from themselves.

We are focused on helping create an experience that gently invites you to slow down, especially if rest feels hard to allow because everything depends on you. Through shared moments, meaningful connections, and compassionate support, this retreat offers space to reconnect with your body, nurture healthy relationships, and experience the healing power of community.

Held in Westlake, Florida (Palm Beach County), this intimate experience is limited to five women, allowing for deep connection and personalized care. This restorative experience is designed to support deep rest, reflection, and renewal for women navigating leadership, purpose, and personal growth. Throughout the weekend, women will enjoy chef-curated meals, experiential activities, immersive wellness experiences, and intentional space for connection and restoration. 

To maintain depth, privacy, and intentionality, participation is limited to five professional women.
