Not Faking It — Innovating It: Owning Your Authentic Success
How much energy do we spend trying to prove ourselves?
Many women feel pressure to always have the right answer, appear confident, and meet impossible expectations of what a successful leader "should" look like. But lasting influence doesn't come from pretending to be someone you're not—it comes from embracing who you already are.
Join us for an inspiring and thought-provoking conversation as we explore how authenticity builds trust, strengthens relationships, and creates opportunities that perfection never can. Together, we'll challenge the pressure to perform, uncover the power of leading with confidence and vulnerability, and discover why your greatest advantage is simply being yourself.
Come ready to connect with remarkable women, share honest experiences, and leave with practical ways to show up more authentically—in your career, your leadership, and your everyday life.
Facilitated by Sarah Vielot, M.S.
