Through candid conversation\, attendees will gain insight into decision-making\, balancing leadership and service\, and the importance of civic involvement in shaping strong\, thriving communities.Designed as a moderated dialogue rather than a traditional presentation\, this luncheon invites attendees into a meaningful conversation centered on leadership\, impact\, and the evolving role of women in government and business across Boca Raton and South Palm Beach County.Featuring Vice Mayor Marci Woodward Commissioner Marci Woodward\, a 20-year Boca Raton resident\, was elected in November 2022 to represent Palm Beach County's District 4 and currently serves as Vice Mayor. She is leading efforts to make homeownership more attainable through the development of a new Homebuyer Match Program. She is also advancing the Countywide Transportation Master Plan\, bringing municipalities together to address congestion\, traffic signalization\, and long-term mobility needs.Collaboration is central to her leadership. Representing 13 municipalities\, she works closely with local\, county\, and state partners to improve transportation\, support responsible growth\, and protect environmentally sensitive and agricultural lands.
