This month, Smart Talk for Women explores the transformative power of the intentional pause. Together, we’ll discuss how strategic silence can strengthen your presence, deepen your relationships, and help your message land with clarity and confidence.

In this session, we will explore how to:

Recognize when you speak out of habit rather than intention
Use silence as a tool for influence, connection, and leadership
Communicate with clarity instead of over-explaining
Bring confidence and calm into high-stakes conversations

Facilitated by Sarah Vielot, M.S.

Sarah serves as the Events Manager at the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, where she oversees more than 100 annual programs and curates community experiences that strengthen leadership, connection, and professional growth across Boca Raton and South Palm Beach County.

With more than a decade of experience in strategic leadership, operations, and organizational development, Sarah has worked across both nonprofit and corporate sectors, helping teams grow with clarity, purpose, and excellence. Her background includes extensive international work—partnering with the Government of Costa Rica on community development initiatives and spending over 10 years supporting nonprofit leadership, education, and capacity-building efforts in Haiti.

In addition to her work in the community, Sarah also teaches courses in nonprofit volunteer management, marketing, and mission–vision–purpose development, equipping emerging leaders with the tools to serve their organizations with confidence and impact.

Sarah is known for her thoughtful facilitation style, her heart for empowering women, and her ability to create meaningful spaces where professionals can connect, reflect, and grow into stronger leaders and changemakers.

Smart Talk for Women is a facilitated roundtable experience where businesswomen gather each month in an intimate setting to discuss topics such as marketing, effective selling, empowering your team, web presence, and more.
